I wanted to wait until some of my other matchups were concluded (but since I pick the most disregarded charcters ever and it takes months to reach a end.) And I REALLY wanted to see how this plays out and to give Ellen some recognition. Hopefully this ain't a stomp.

+ Law of Cycles Sayaka (FULL POWER)

+ Ellen (FULL POWER)

+ Ellen's Immortality via the Cat is Restricted

+ Speed Equalized

+ Victory via all means

Yay, Ellen getting attention.

I'd say Ellen. Her insane range advantage would let her stay out of Sayaka's range and basically play around with her. Also Town on MCB. Her soul gem may help her survive a bit, but Ellen will eventually figure it out.

You should also probably restrict Ellen's Type 4 immortality. Sayaka just can't win with it allowed.

Depends on said ability. Usually, if this includes immortality unable to be bypassed (Type 9 or 8 are commons for this), enable a far higher tier (Such as Lucemon's Low 2-C Testament) or allow a transformation they can be restricted. Considering that this includes being endlessly resurrected by a non-corporeal demon, this looks fair to restrict to me.

Hmmm, to what extent is Ellen cocky? Because it could get possible that she could accidentally let Sayaka too close, who would use Witch's Kiss.

Well in her 200+ years of existence, she let only one person into "melee" range of her (Melee as in the range of a gun). And 90% of those people weren't exactly a treat. If someone can actually fight, I doubt she'd let her in melee range.

Not completely sure if Ellen will have this. Oktavia's regen is the "heal as soon as the wound is made" kind. She also has a pretty insane range with her familiar summoning

And if Sayaka does manage to get close, there is the issue of mind/soulscrew.

"Ellen" kept "Viola" form leaving the house by encaging the whole area with bushes and thorns. She also has her own monsters that roam around the house that have good hax, the painting on the 4th floor was able to turn "Viola" into a painting. (though they may not be applicable here.)
