Low 2 - C Characters that come right now to my mind are: Sailor Moon (Character), Rive and Yasuo, Bloom (Winx Club), Morax (Shin Megami Tensei), Monika, Rago (Beyblade), Morgoth, Kars (JORGE JOESTAR), Helios (Silverio Trinity), Pennywise, Amazo (Post-Crisis), Bill Cipher, Sarah Kerriga.

More or less some will be stomped or maybe will be good. Hope any of them are good.

Low 2-C Kars is like Low 2-C with one Stand done with environmental destruction. You shouldn't use him for Low 2-C fights.

A fairly conservative estimate puts most precure low 2-Cs at 288 times baseline.
