Since the cosmology was just updated, thought I'd post this thread detailing the characters that scale to it. Reasoning (shown in this blog) is self explanatory, I'll list the changes. These changes apply to all stats and the blog will be added to the explanation pages section to show the scaling of the god tiers as it may be a bit complicated. (Stats will apply for the characters listed in the blog that don't have profiles as well.)

Prime Ophis: 2-C

Great Red: 2-C

AxA Issei: 2-C

Trihexa (666): 2-C

Note: Changes won't be implemented until mass revisions of the verse's pages start.

Agree: Dragongod224, SCARECROW1983, RoninSlayer200, TotalMasterInfinity, Tonygameman, CurrySenpai, RenderGK, UchihaSlayer96 (TM), Digital_Franz, Demon_Lord18, Elizhaa (Admin), AnimesFreak2, BlackeJan

Neutral:

I do wanna say though with AxA Issei, it was said that he can’t defeat with a single blow and he can only hurt it va those that can actually destroy DxD who r straight up 2-C. I think a “Likely 2-C” should go for it instead

I disagree, ratings like this are assigned via being able to damage a character that can perform a feat of a certain level, being able to one shot that character is by no means necessary.

Issei only can't one shot trihexa because of his regeneration ability

But everyone is stated to destroy DxD and are a solid 2-C but Issei being only able to dmg and has not proof of being able to do what everyone else is wouldn’t make sense in a way. Hence why I said Likely 2-C, he can hurt someone but he can’t outright destroy DxD who gives everyone a solid 2-C

First of all, it's not only the Trihexa statement, it's having the power of Great Red as well. Second, having a DC feat/statement is not necessary for the rating as long as the character in question scales to someone with that feat/statement. Third, I just forgot to include the statement, fixed now.

With the above said, do you agree?

What’s the more context of the situation? cause it sounds like Issei can’t even control the power as well with Rias and the other dude saying like only London or the “whole world” will be destroyed

When Issei uses AxA it's difficult to hold back his DC due to how much power he has. The London statement was made because that's where they were (if even a little too much power is released, that could be the outcome), and the "whole world" statement doesn't go against any of my points.

When someone says “whole world” I think at just earth itself. Issei holding all that power doesn’t really mean he’s at that lvl it’s just that’s the power he has trouble using to blast cause if he messes up then he blows away London instead. It’s like how Goku gave Krillin the rest of the energy for the spirit bomb, that doesn’t mean Krillin is as strong as Goku though. Another example for Issei “has the power of Ophis and Red” is that just cause I have their power, doesn’t mean I’m gonna be on equal or close to their power. Everyone else u have given for evidence blatantly shows 2-C but Issei is just “he can’t control the power” or “he can destroy the world”

It’s more merit however of Issei being able to hurt Trihexia which is his the best evidence of it rather then the other 2 points

The only reason he can't use all of the power is because if he did, DxD could be destroyed. He's unable to out of morals and obligation, not because it's physically impossible, and he was literally using Great Red's power during his fight with Tartarus to give himself new abilities. There's nothing to prove that he wouldn't be able to output the full power if he really wanted to.
And you interpeting "whole world" as just the planet despite the context saying otherwise doesn't make my interpretation invalid.

This is why we need more context cause just from reading that and seeing “whole world” makes me think otherwise

For now u can put me as “agree”
