So originally this was gonna be to add EE as a power but I noticed he already has it anyway, so instead this is just to add scans that better justifies the ability instead of Bowser just saying he'll make Mario and Luigi "poof". In the original japanese text he explictly says he'll erase the bros and their friends, credit to Qliphoth_Bacikal for providing the translation in the translation request thread.
