In Chapter 76, the primary big-bad of the series takes control of all the dragons in the Dragon World using an artifact known as the dragon ball, but the main cast is unaffected. So what I'm going to do since I'm so lazy is post the relevant pages from the manga and let people tell me if this grants the main cast resistance or not.
