Dragon Ball Super - Super Hero Key and profile additions (SPOILERS!!)

So 10 years from now(probably when One Piece ends) when we get more anime content and more feats come out will Beast Gohan, Cell Max and those relative upscale to however the anime handles the Moro/Granola Arc? Not that it will even matter unless we get some crazy 2C/2B anime feats.

His profile says that he‘s 3-A for fighting against Gamma 2 and then higher with potential unleashed but Gamma 2 should be Low 2-C since he should be comparable to SSJB Goku and Vegeta from t.o.p stated from piccolo himself and guides but I’m not sure if he did damage and take damage from Gamma 2 in base but the profile states he did
 
Has Gohan's stuff been added? Also what was the general consensus cause when i last checked on this thread it was Solid Low 2-C for picallo and gohan

Though, Piccolo has some doubts of Goku and Vegeta putting a stop to Cell Max even if they were there despite being the one who teaches them Fusion Dance and knowing how strong SSB's are, but he may not be aware of how much they grew. But it should minimum be above ToP era SSB's which are within the Low 2-C ball park.

Can the changes take place?
 
The "original" Cell didn't know he could regenerate until he saw Piccolo doing it, so Cell Max should be able to regenerate (from a single cell), he just didn't know (and yes, he just made up the "cell in his head" thing).
In the other hand, this Cell is like a baby, he can't speak because he didn't have time to learn, the "original" Cell had 7 years at the moment of death and probably he learned to speak in weeks or months.
Last but not least, Toriyama stated tha Piccolo is now in the level of Goku and Vegeta, and seing the prevalence in the use of the UI and UE in both characters, the most probable thing is that Piccolo is in the same level of CURRENT UI Goku (maybe for that time Goku use a new version of the signal of UI that growed stronger that the UI he can use) and CURRENT UE Vegeta.

That's guesswork that we can't justify

Ultra Instinct, as far as we can tell, hasn't been used in 3 years, and we don't even know if Ultra Ego exists in this continuity yet

Instead, we're scaling a present day Super Saiyan Blue to Orange Piccolo, who scales to Cell Max, who in turn scales to Broly

The original Cell was a synthetic being created by specializing the cells of various warriors. Its body was wholly biological and organic, and it inherited the ability of Regeneration through genetics. Cell Max is a mechanical being, with gears, wires, and paints, and the only things that the two have in common is their appearance, because Dr. Hedo designed Max after the blueprints of the original.

piccolo should still be upstairs kefla and another since perfectly able to feel his power apart both he and gohan saw the ultra-instinct signal and piccolo commented on his power

Piccolo knows the power of Ultra Instinct very well. He himself comments on this. Piccolo commented that his power had surpassed the level that Goku had previously reached when he was fighting Jiren. At his absolute maximum strength, it was stated that not even a more skilled UI Goku would have been able to survive one of his blasts, although he was able to effortlessly dodge each of his attacks) I see no reason for piccolo cell max gohan to climb over signs ultra instinct when literally there is everything statement

Cell Max was made with the cells of the "aliens", is not mechanical, he is just white due to lack of Sun exposure and he was painted to look nice even without Sun exposure. Cell Max was in a fluid, just like the original Cells, as a mechanical being he wouldn't need to be in a fluid for developing. Dr. Hedo even talk about the problem of getting the cells, that's why it takes so long to develope, in contrast to true "mechanical beings", like the Gammas.

It's justified by being a better version of the original Cell, Dr. Hedo made him better in every way to fulfill his ego (he constantly remember that he is way smarter than his grandad).
That's and by the use of Piccolo's cells for his creation.
