Dragon Ball Super Space-Time and Pocket Dimension Destruction Feat

So, on practically every DBS profile it says "Can possibly destroy space-time and pocket dimensions with their Ki through powerscaling" but the link is broken.

Can someone explain where these come from and possibly point me to the episodes where it happens so I can understand it better?

It is from SSJ3 Gotenks who can use raw power to break dimensional wall and created a space-time rift in Room of Spirit and Time which is an isolated space-time dimension. The feat is in DBZ (both manga and anime). Then later in DBS Vegeta blow up the Room entirely, SSB Goku powered up broke Hit pocket dimension, Jiren punch Hit dimension

And if you are still confused on why many characters have it. It's because it's done via raw strength alone, thus anyone strong enough can do it
