Arale scales in resistance to the Guy who sees everyone as fiction, aka his Haxes should be superior to anyone in verse, so a char who he sees as fiction shouldn't scale to him in any way, that is what i think it is anyway

Yeah, I'm going through the stream archive and this dude doesn't even seem to understand what the upgrade is and is just retreading old arguments. Instead of making a stream to bitch about it he should go read up on the Low 1-C standards and check the CRTs that approved the upgrade. Even glancing through the video he barely even bothers checking any scans in the blog and cherrypicks what fits his views.

Do not downgrade Toon Force in any way, just remove that mention, it seems so exaggerated that it makes me think that Arale actually loses to Beerus, since Arale has a passive plot

So Omega just now decided to bring up DBH in the layers evaluation thread, even though I believe it was agreed upon that people will readjust the layers, and that they don't want to use the 20 layers or something at the moment until they gather more evidence, or make any battles with DBH characters.
