Dragon Ball Game Discussion

We will find this shit in the deepest corners of the internet but roll over for the worst downgrade CRT we've ever seen☠️
As much as I'd like to say something in that thread, I don't think my debate chops are up to snuff to argue against the removal of a million things at once while satisfying the standards of Fuji and Glass.

But you don't support that but feel its a she for sure even with that attitude
so i said 'proof?"
Like we need evidence
Also since you added this in I’d like to add that maybe, just maybe, that’s because we don’t go on witch hunts about people’s genders based on nothing but preconceived notions

I think you should take this gender conversation somewhere else, let's everyone get excited and talk about games.

I don't know if you saw it, but a very interesting trailer for Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 4 came out.

In this trailer it says that we will be able to move at the speed of light, something i've never seen in any Dragon Ball

She uses she/her pronouns, so that’s what we refer to her with. Maybe take your mentality elsewhere, thanks
That's something,

Pass me location let me go there then

I don't care who's he or she just saying we shouldn't assume anything because of a notif
But if that's your ideal function on how to operate, i won't judge it nor attack you, its a free world (just means i am okay with this)

I was hoping to know what all his "Absorbed Power" abilities are before finalising this but sod it, it's been a month and I doubt it'll be possible to discover them, so:

Majin Ozotto God Boss III - Janemba Edition
This time we've traded one kind of game mechanic for another, I'm afraid.
  • Majin's Territory - Ozotto chooses two rows of the in-game battlefield to be his domain each round. If anyone is within those rows before attacking, one of the following abilities activates depending on the round (I don't know what he can activate after Round 2, there's no record past that point)
    • Absorbed Power of 18 - In Round 1, the Stamina of all enemies in the rows is reduced, and they permanently take higher Stamina damage.
    • Absorbed Power of Hearts - In Round 2, all enemies in the rows have their Super Attacks permanently sealed.
  • Majin's Plan - Enemies cannot add fixed amounts to their Power Level.
  • Majin's Protean Appearance - Ozotto disables the Guard of all enemies in the same attack row as him.
  • Rakshasa-Like Majin - Ozotto deals 4x damage when he has an odd number of energy.
  • There! - Ozotto always attacks the enemy who can deal the most damage.
  • Wonderful Power...! - When the enemies have a combined 100,000 Power, Ozotto's own power is energized. In gameplay terms, his sword attack becomes an instant kill, dealing a fixed 99,999 damage.

If proposal 2 gets accepted in this thread, will we regain concept manipulation for DBH via Time Power encompassing (and consequently being capable of creating) conceptually space-timeless voids?

Yes, but people don't want us to mess with it anymore so we don't become targets

huh, a limit version, but i guess? Dunno how combat applicable creating a place without those would be tho

Gonna be hoenst, I am really fed up with how much Fusion is overused in SDBH. Does it need to show uo in every arc, c'mon!
IMO the manga is a lot better when it comes to utilizing fusions. They're still a thing, but the manga does a pretty solid job at giving the main characters a chance to shine brightly without fusing.

Plus unlike the game and anime, the manga has gore and blood in it so it's automatically better by default.

Honestly, having reconsidered everything, I no longer think the Subspace and World of Void arguments will work for conceptual manipulation. The Null Realm stickerbook got rejected entirely recently, and I recently stumbled upon this section of the Creation page:

Implied Powers

In case of creation of large and varied objects, such as planets, galaxies and universes, one should just list creation as ability without listing separate abilities for each created object. For example, while creation of a galaxy likely includes creation of black holes, Black Hole Creation should not be listed separately. An exception to that would be if the object in question is of particular relevance to the characters fighting style, i.e. if the character for instance launches black holes at his opponents.
In other words, stuff like "time power is responsible for all things, including the subspace, which has no concept of space-time" won't grant concept hax without direct feats of time power users creating the subspace specifically.

I was playing xenoverse 2, after the boo saga.

When it was time to face the masked warrior, he and the CaC "teleported" (the one that is more based on speed) and ended up in another era (in the future), and traveled without parchments.

This is another thing of immeasurable speed, isn't it?

Yeah Probably

They didn't use any kind of parchment and this isn't TP as far as I know.

And yes, I know that the future warrior can travel through time using the scroll sometimes, but there are always those gear effects around it.

I would be careful with this since we don't know exactly how they did it

It probably wouldn't come to anything, since it's before the tournament of power, and that would only result in the Goku time skip situation.

Anyway, as I said, time travel in xenoverse using the scrolls has a gear effect when it happens, even when the character doesn't hold the scroll, the effect still happens. But that didn't happen at that moment, the two simply moved into the future.

With an effect that could mean teleportation, which seems to be the case as they clearly were confused as to why they arrived there

Nah that's weak sauce tbh, better ways of downplaying the feat if that's what you want rather than asserting its a massive coincidence that's mostly unverifiable, because that basically boils down to 'this thing is the way that it is because I said so'

The real issue here is them interrupting Goku and Beerus' conversation. That's like rude as **** wtf bardock and CaC

It's not teleportation, it's just the basic fast movement effect of disappearing and reappearing quickly. This is true in basically any fight in Dragon Ball Z and in games with any character.

It just looks like teleportation, because the "effect" is the same. Like when Goku introduced teleportation for the first time and Vegeta thought Goku had just used speed, since the effect of disappearing and reappearing was the same.

EDIT: Besides, I don't know why they are confused and it would be teleportation. Teleportation depends on you focusing on the place, whether instant transmission or Kai Kai. Speed would make more sense since they were just moving and accidentally moved into the future.

Basically that's it here.

At first I thought it could've been Kai Kai but there seems to be no contact between Bardock and Future Warrior before they teleport. Don't you need to make contact to transport another person along with you? It's the same with instant transmission. This has to be rapid movement.

Isn't Dragon Ball online part of this great gaming multiverse?

Basically, this game gave a lot of concepts for the rest of the games. Towa, Mira, the Majin race (from the majin boo), Mechikabura, the kaioshin of time, the trunks time patrol.

Even the way the majin race is created in Online is referenced in Xenoverse. Since in Online, Boo had this idea when reading the book Bob & Margaret, something that also happens in Xenoverse.

No, DB online is..............................discarded game that have nothing to do with Xenoverse, it serve as ideas, concept, yeah, but only that

I talked more about being in the multiverse of the DB games, and not being in the same timeline/continuity as the xenoverse.
