Absolute banger of an episode, god bless Toriyama for bringing us some semblance of canonical SSJ4.
My thoughts on the form itself: I really dig the design, even if it does - admittedly - look a bit odd on a smaller version of Goku. But that's besides the point, I still think it looks great. Interesting that they decided to make the hair red instead of black. . .maybe they wanted to differentiate it from GT's version of SSJ4 in some way besides Goku remaining small. Kinda reminds me of Limit Breaker SSJ4 actually lol
But that does make me wonder: is this form going to actually be called Super Saiyan 4? Or is it just going to be some sort of unnamed power-up that Goku receives. Also, how are they going to retroactively work this into Super? Is it just going to be a one-time thing for Daima, or is there going to be a different explanation altogether that gives us an answer as to why / how Goku never uses this form in Super? Just some food for thought.
That said, I think there's a good chance (and by good chance, I mean it's definitely gonna happen lol) that the wish Glorio made at the end - toUltimate Porunga after bringing the two Dragon Balls to Arinsu - is going to turn the gang back into their adult stature and strength again.

So does that mean SSJ4 multiplier used for GT Goku's revamped profile will be used for Daima Goku? Unless Canon DB has its own scaling for how strong SSJ4 might be in its own series

They’re to be separate.
GTku’s multiplier comes from scaling WITHIN GT.
The new SSJ4 is totally unrelated from that scaling chain entirely. It wouldn’t make much sense to have it cross over.

I mean let's wait for Daima to end, or perhaps 1 month after it's end we may get a interview or something confirming the multiplier for that form (or even a one off comment of Goku saying "I felt easily several times stronger than in ssj3 in that form" would give a nice low ball multiplier)

The best you can currently argue is that it’s a 2x multiplier, assuming that Neva’s boost to the Tamagami (took T2 from SSJ Vegeta to greater to SSJ2 Vegeta level, but way lower than SSJ3) is the same as the boost he gave Goku, but even that could be seen as a stretch because his boost on the Tamagami and what he did to Goku is markedly different, at least visually.

So that's a thing now.
Watching that last episode of Daima gave me the old feeling I got watching Dragon Ball. Felt like a kid again. Seeing SSJ4 actually become canon was legendary. Idc how much people complain about it, that is the loud minority, the community seems to almost universally agree that this is awesome based on the feedback I've seen.
Now of course, the design is a bit iffy on some notes. I love that they generally adhered to the original motif of the form, in that it seems to represent the primal "ape" within the Saiyan's, the Oozaru. I wish they gave more context on the magic Neva used and maybe tried to tie some deeper Saiyan lore into it, especially in the transformation scene, could've put the Oozaru in there, but it's alright. I think the main issue I have with the form is the size of Goku's hands and the lack of fur on his forearms. I'm not really sure why they felt like that was a design improvement. But I can overlook that. Goku becoming an adult during it would've been sick, but I guess they didn't want to do that for plot reasons.
The only thing about this that makes me sad is that I'm confident we'll never see this form again. Which basically reduces it to temporary fanservice. But there's a slim chance the Super manga will take a look at it and say "Well hey we have multiple characters who can use magic in Super soooo..."

Well let me give you the run down;
Daima is a very kidsy show with a lot of childish humor and/or characters. It rarely has any serious moments and the majority of the fights are Goku and co. fighting against literal unnamed fodder with no powers and struggling. But the actual fights are VERY good, like not kidding some of the best fights in the series imo have come out of Daima. The plot is a bit generic and easy to follow but that's Dragon Ball for you. Daima has a ton of huge lore reveals sprinkled throughout the episodes that are worth looking into for any big Dragon Ball fans. The villains aren't really very menacing or cool, but Gomah becomes way more badass towards the end I'll admit.
Generally speaking the main thing people don't like about Daima is the general light-hearted nature and vibe of it. It's not really like the DB most people grew up with and has a different brand of humor even. It tries to be more like OG DB with elements of Z and GT mixed into it. One of the lead producers behind Daima even says in an interview that Daima is marketed towards newer/younger audiences but is meant to be a show that old fans of the series can still enjoy with their kids.
I don't think that Daima is as bad as other people say personally, there's a lot of really good spots in it. But I have to say that some of the episodes bored me half to death. For example there was an episode where they were basically stranded on an island for the entire duration, and were struggling with random animals, a big dog, and a giant. The episode had literally 0 plot relevance and was forgettable. Genuinely wouldn't hurt your experience to just skip that one.
But the last couple episodes have been very fun and the Tamagami fights are all really good.

Also no SSJ4 probably won't show up in DBS. Goku only gains the form because he was buffed by magic and then loses it later in the episode. We don't know if he'll even use it again in Daima. But there's a possibility.
People already speculate that Toyotaro might make SSJ5 sort of canon using it. Combining Ultra Instinct with this magic-based SSJ4.

Speaking of, I’m surprised no one has talked about this. Gomah just forced Goku to de-transform. And not like, “He was just so hurt Goku turned back naturally,” like normal.
Gomah literally casts a containment sphere and a magic effect goes over Goku, reducing his transformation down to SSJ3. Then it happens again moments later, to SSJ2. Then again moments later, to SSJ1, until he finally reaches Base Form.
Dude has…what, Transformation Nullification? (Not a real thing, but it’s the closest description to what he did.)

Straight up even if he found it and was told of what it could do, he’d toss it out. Powers of demonic origin, even if he’s by technicality a Demon himself, would not be a thing he’d CHOOSE to rely on.
