So in the description of the heart of vlad, it's stated that the user is immune to the curse effect, and in the description for the curse effect, whoever's affected by it is unable to use any offensive abilities. So characters like Alucard and Dracula should be resistant to Power nullification since,
A. Alucard has owned the heart before, and
B. The heart of vlad is pretty much a part of dracula himself
Alucard should also have the following in his profile:
Intangibility: (due to the mist form allowing him to have all attacks from all the monsters in SOTN go right through him)
Homing attack: (due to a couple of weapons in SOTN, like the astral dagger, and fist of tulkas being able to lock on to nearby enemies when their special ability is used.)
Resistance to elemental manipulation (due to many armors in SOTN grants Alucard either immunity or absorptions to certain elemental attacks.)
