Dr. McNinja Speed Downgrades

He is listed as a "bullet-timer" but I'm not too sure about that. Right here he explicitly says he dodges bullets through aimdodging, and then and the end of the series he's seriously threatened by "a real gu", along with his parents being threatened by guns.

Although I think he could be kept at Subsonic+ for catching a grenade, being believed fast enough to dodge rockets, and moving at FTE speed.
