Match Conditions​

• Battle takes place in a populated New York City at 8 PM
• Starting locations will be Doofenshmirtz Evil Inc. (Assumed to be on the same location as Trump Tower) and Africa Center for each opponent (opposite ends of Central Park, essentially) with both characters NOT knowing each other’s location, thus having to track one another down and having ample oppurtunities to set up ambushes or any traps.
• Characters have a surface level prior knowledge on each other, same as any regular denizen of their opponent’s verse.
• Completely in-character, and speed equalized. Doofenshmirtz has a day of prep.

His first move when he fought the Heavenly Maiden was to use the QR Code App to scan her and get all her information which he will likely do here too. Then depending on what he finds he will act. After she had seen it he instantly used the Firewall to have a barrier to block her attacks which will also release electricity upon contact to hurt his foe. After that depends if he's serious or not ... if not he will use his other App like the guns/lightsaber and soundwaves which are more like a beam of energy (but sound)...if he's serious then he will go all out and transform in Sin which all his moves will be made of darkness (he will always fly, and attack from range with claws/hands, balls of darkness that explode on contact, and his spam of darkhole like portals that absorb all incoming attacks...even his targets where they will be immobilized in full darkness - basically BFR). If he goes for the kill then straight out World Dimension Collapse or Blackhole.

He will use the App if he's playing around but if he's serious like how he did vs Ratman then he will go straight out as Sin.
