Doraemon not fast enough to use items as he need to busy chosing items and think.
Doraemon dont know how strong saitama is so Doraemon just make a mistake.
Saitama somehow let Doraemon keep doing his things as possible while Saitama just Staring Doraemon.
Bloodlust match Saitama win 100% (No Waiting)
if in the context of the plot Saitama will wait for Doraemon. (depend on how long he will wait)
