All Might is Definitely a lot smarter than Doomsday so he can outsmart him and could launch him really far away like he did to that one guy I can't remember the name of.

So Doomsday has the AP adventage, combined with reactive evolution and heat vision, he should take this.

Doomsday's Reactive Evolution allowed him to adapt to Flash's speed and even Diana's fighting style, Diana being the most skilled member of the League. I can see All Might taking this if he decides to finish the fight quick, or else Doomsday adapts and kills All Might.

To be honest I don't even think they should be Low 7-C. The 8-A+ feat in question has a major issue with it

Actually, there was one other way to calculate the feat which was by diving the explosion by 6 since that we know that all 6 bombs together were going to destroy the city and tanking just one of them would yeild Small Town Level or when Superman was able to harm Trigon Possessed Weather Man who survived a 3 Kiliton Explosion which is again Small Town Level.SuperAPM said:

Why the hell isn't this mentioned anywhere? If that's not an outlier then that's at least a bump up for Supe's, Doomsday and Darkseid.
Saying that, given the issue with the 8-A+ calc, the characters currently rated at that tier need a bump down to whatever their best scaleable feat is.

How exactly does All Might Win? Doomsday can adapt over time to All Mights blows. Doomsday can pretty much outlast the Justice League but Superman.
