Yeah I don't see much wincons for Darkseid. They both have a similar set of abilities, and with Supes' superior AP and LS advantage, he'd likely just overwhelm Darkseid at some point.

Yeah, so I don't think there's much of an advantage for Darkseid

How? Skill wise, he's pretty standard, and the justice league were struggling because he was just stronger than them, not because of a skill gap.

Well uh, Darkseid apparently lacks heat resistance, so Superman can probably melt him with heat vision from afar, on top of being nearly 3x stronger and having AD on top of it.
