Why is he only 7-C with the Chainsaw and the BFG? While I understand they are his most powerful weapons its not like he cant hurt his targets with his other guns.

Even with we say they do chip damage compared to those 2 thats still like 8-A to Low 7-C.
 
There do not seem to be any particular justifications for his statistics in general.
 
Do you think I should make another thread to help straighten out the tiers of the verse than highlight it for input?
