Donnie seems only baseline with his powers while Nagito is 0.0297 Tons, making him 5.94 times stronger, other than Nagito being basically able to one shot his opponent from literally just hitting him once as Donnie is physically only 9-C.

And given the fight starts already in Melee range, Donnie's only wincon here which is able to stop Nagito is the mind hax, but there are some questions.

1) How can it be activated?

2) Is the mind hax in character?

3) Can he do something against Nagito's luck, which is basically passive, other than a borderline Probability Manipulation, given the luck feats on his profile and here?
