Jason's best feat is punching through a wooden door. Donnie smashed an axe into a solid bronze mascot. I think that requires more strength (Jason uses a pitchfork), and if we assume Donnie can't use his powers, I think Donnie could attack him with the axe in parts and beat Jason (Jason's regeneration only goes from High-Low). My vote goes to Donnie.
