Doflamingo still takes far higher temperatures from Sanji and is far less impressed by the heat than he is by how hard Sanji can kick.

Temperature aside, Retak'ka comes short in a lot of ways here for it to make too big of a difference. Doflamingo's versatility is absurd.

Iagree but first I'll point out some flaws in your argument of how it measures up to other things.

BoBoiBoy light did the same and vaporized large slabs of metallic (presumably titanium or hafnium carbide) chunks larger than himself with just a single swipe of his light force. This alone is pretty much enough to match the heat that akaun outputted.

Tens of times stronger is more or less guesswork. Of course unless a multiplier is present.

Depends on the heat of sanji's kick.

Yes I agree, he is less versatile, possesses weaker statistics, has virtually close to no AOE attacks and most of his abilities get countered. The only thing that's preventing the match from being a stomp is Retakka's gamma rays. So I would at least want the march to be added to the profiles.

There's a few things here and there. Luffy's stat increase between pre and post-ts, Zoro's attacks all increasing tenfold post-TS- there's a valid argument for "they got ten times stronger" tbh.

Hotter than Luffy's base resistance, but below Doflamingo's own. Also hot enough to burn under several kilometers under the water (through both the pressure and igniting in great quantities under water). Luffy can generate that kind of heat as well via red hawk (at an even lower level of the sea floor, under greater pressure)
They rock quite a bit of heat. Doffy took Luffy's red hawk to his interna lorgans and shrugged it off, yet the Gamma knife forced him to do patchwork.

There's no solid rating for the temperatures tbh, outside of Luffy's resistance and everyone that scales to/over it

It does.

I mean there's strong evidence and scaling that would put Retakka at 190+ gigatons instead of upscale but without official or stated multipliers, it can't be used.

Well BoBoiBoy fire could vaporize a large body of water, the size of a whale in a fraction of a second so maybe

And agreed, heat is very hard to scale directly.
 
Also one suggestion for Dof profile: Please add a sub-page for his resistances, it will reduce confusion
