This was part one of the discussion, https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/2759693#10

New Scans: http://fanfox.net/manga/boruto_naruto_next_generations/c033/17.html in this page, Naruto walks up to Delta and then Delta fires her light beam in point blank.

http://fanfox.net/manga/boruto_naruto_next_generations/c033/17.html#ipg18 Naruto in point blank creates a Rasengan to block the light beam, from the looks of it, it looks like the light beam is being dispersed.

http://fanfox.net/manga/boruto_naruto_next_generations/c033/17.html#ipg19 Delta even confirms that Naruto 'drowned' out the beam of light with his Rasengan.

What do you guys think?

You just post same scan 3 times also in official release delta attack was stated as destructive ray not beam of light, nothing proof that those ray was at speed of light.

This one would likely be FTL if calculated given how close he is but just like the first thread, the beams haven't showed any properties of Lightspeed besides moving in a straight line.

Also "drowned out"... How does he drown out actual light?.

@LordGriffin1000 its actually a metaphor, if you search it up online then you get this.

By this logic, his Rasengan was actually big enough to engulf the light beam.
