not sure why he would be able to, he does't have enhanced senses (let alone an enhanced version of such) nor NPI. from his POV he's just gonna be fighting some weirdly dressed american.

he has astral projection tho, he should be able to see the stand since Ancient One could see banner's spirit

since he is now the Supreme Mage and stronger than her, he should be able to do that as well
