Yhwach sees everything Doom can do thanks to his Precog and ironically that's one of the few things Doom doesn't resist.

Does Yhwach have anything that works against him? If yes, he wins because Doom has no leading move of any kind.

Doctor Doom has forcefields that can withstand blows from Solar System level beings like Model 51 Iron Man and Thor. As far as I can tell, Yhwach's Power Null only works on offensive hax, as he becomes "friends" with them so that they can't harm them.

As far as i can tell any hax that cant be used to harm your opponent is basically good as nothing so im quite confused on what you were trying to say

The OP stipulates that Yhwach has access to all Schrifts, which would mean Yhwach has the X-Axis, an out-and-out durability negation attack wherein the user's attack simply pierces everything in its path . Doom has no resistance to such an attack that I can reasonably find.
