Doctor Doom vs Rick Sanchez

Both get a week of prep. Battle of the two humans who can achieve far greater than the normal scope of the human mind. Speed of the actual individuals is equalized, but anything they built can keep it's speed. Battle takes place on War World from DC Comics.

I like this idea. This could go either way with their insane cpabilities with prep so I'm leaning towards inconclusive.

As of now, inconclusive. Their prep and technological mastery is nearly the same, just portrayed differently due to the mediums, Comic vs comedy cartoon show. Both would probably just try to destroy the other's universe as the most efficient method of extermination.
