A bit of Hax coming from the game Digimon Medley (Digimon Tamers game that shows how Digimon Adventure is in the universe of Digimon Tamers ... let's say it has some good differences).

For Impmon: He can create a magical circle that sends his opponents to a dimension of darkness. He can also seal the powers of his opponents. (BFR and Power Nullification).

For Piemon: He can send his opponents to another dimension.

Also, gameplay of the game.

I think this might be good for the next Misc Digimon Revision.

Speaking of Digimon Medley, does anyone know where I can find the OST for the game? 8-Bit Chiptune Biggest Dreamer is surprisingly nice on the ears.

Cool finds on the hax. Impmons abilities seem like they require some prep time/set up though.

It's okay. The design is all over the place, but it tries to have an involved storyline which is pretty novel. At the time, it was pretty wicked for its plot twist of Alphamon being the surprise villain, but newer games have kind of diminished that.

Well, it was my second Digimon game. And I got to where I am today from it, so I guess so, it could be your first game.

It's set up more like a traditional RPG rather then a Digimon game. Equipment, side quests, the story, etc all progresses like your run of the mill RPG. Because of that, it makes a good first game.

Yeah, DS is a great start. Just be prepared to see Digimon walk in place for eternity. (Only those who have played it would understand the joke. ovo)

Also, that game has like the biggest outlier in Digimon. You and a team of IN-TRAINING level Digimon fight and kill Ogremon......I am NOT putting that in my Rookie feats compilation blog....

The comic where Monodramon hurts Zeed is probably the biggest outlier in Digimon.

DS did some really cool stuff though, all things considered. The end game was a lot of fun.

Chronomon fanart is few and far between, and the only ones I found hardly look like Chronomon. Not to mention they're all for Holy Mode.

Chronomon is so underloved that our Saint Seiya is one of the first things that pops up on google image search.

Tanemon pissed me off so much. I love the Tanemon line, but for some reason, Lillymon doesn't get a Mega evolution. At all.

Actually, it does. She does get Rosemon. You're thinking of Dawn/Dusk when they gave both Rosemon and Lotosmon to Lilamon...who ironically can't digivolve in DS.

Oh, you're right. For some reason I swore it was DS where she doesn't get a Mega form.

Edit: Tanemon is probably the best to be honest. Good speed and Spirit.

Sunflowmon is only if you go for Lilamon in which is a waste of time in DS since she can't Digivolve.

I usually go for Palmon. Renamon can be found and scanned in the wild later on at an honestly better point in the game. Plus, to become Renamon, you need Tanemon to fight a lot of Holy Species Digimon, something that is pretty rare if not non-existent early on.

I love the part in DS where you start collecting Dora the Explorer merchandise. It was a sudden, but unique gameplay shift.


Joking aside, I agree with Dragon. You can find Renamon fairly early on in the wild at a point where Holy EXP is easier to grind for. The Palmon line is really good overall, but the games not hard enough to force min-maxing. Beware of the SkullGreymon boss though, that's pretty hard early game.
