Naamah can burn things that are non existent on a physical level, and even concepts.

The real question is whether Ace can even kill Naamah given his Mana Forcefield and the Devil Heart hax.

Pre time skip Mereoleona can burn flames… Naamah’s flames are better which are stated to burn invisible concepts.

Not sure ace's fire is capable of approaching naamah. Too much aura . Fire fist can't harm him in the same way that haki "aura" resists DF.

even if fire fist could, he's unable to destroy a devil heart.
