I'm going to go with Hiei for his ability to bind, his Regenerationn will allow him to heal slash wounds from 076 and he has the range with his flame attacks. Plus seems to have the stamina advantage.

If 076 sees Hiei can regen limbs he'll just opt for bisecting or decapitating him like he did with 682

076 definitely has a stamina advantage

That's only if he gets bisected. He still needs to do it and unless he much faster (To bad speed is equalized) it's going to be a challenge.

Looking back at the stamina, I agree with you on that. It's just Hiei's say Enormous while 076 says SuperHuman but when you read the descriptions 076 stamina is better.

Okay, what powers does Hiei have in his High 8-C form? His page layout is...confusing

It doesn't seem separate from each keys so I just assumed all the ones there just that they get stronger in his higher keys.

Given the power progression implied in the profile and from what i can gather on the YYH wikia that doesnt seem to be the case, although Hiei does have the binding thing in his High 8-C key

Though his third eye is a weak point that, if damaged, cripples his powers
