Maybe limited power bestowal, but it's completely non-applicable for Hendrickson's regen.

The Estarossa disintegration thing has already been covered and almost unanimously disagreed with.

It's explicitly stated that destroying their head will kill them. But, it's more a limitation of magic power rather than actual regen.

Cusack had his legs (he's healing his legs because every part of his body has at least some damage), and restoring their magic power via souls isn't resistance to power null.

It applies to all high-ranking demons. Since I believe that they should be able to control their limbs.

I'd agree if it was just something like regen via darkness, but body control is kind of a unique case. Hendrickson's power has never been replicated by the superior Demons (Meliodas outright failed to do this, in fact), and not all higher demons have the abilities of lower demons.
