Neon is literally composed of light and photons particles, which are macro-quantic particles.

Yes, but merely going by the way it LOOKS when he sucks in humans, it can be boiled down to simple vaporization.

He is Macro-Quantum for breaking down lightning (which is comprised of electrons) and controlling Radiation (which is composed of high-speed particles)

Delsin is Macro-Quantum because he can control Neon (which is composed of light and photon particles).

Blitzing or not, kakine can reduce the battlefield by spreading dark matter sinner or later all might be covered in dark matter

His Dark Matter isn't from this world. Its something he can create and shape into reality. It freely affect physics and etc.

Delsin never experienced that kind of Matter Manip.

It does matter. If Kakine isn't killed this fight can go on for years.

Exhaustion, need for sleep, the need to drink and eat. All such stuff become relevant in an extended battle.

If his physical conditions gets worse enogh he will not be able to keep dodging.


The enhanced senses are also relevant. Dodging attacks you don't see is a problem.

He'll never get too tired that he can't keep dodging attacks that are millions of times worse then the difference between Usain Bolt and a physically impaired Snail.

It's going to take literally hours for Kakine to even do something resembling a dangerous attacks by which Delsin completely steps out of the way before having a hot dog and a Soda.
