Good question, currently it transcends the tiering system but soon it might be Low 1-A to 1-A while also transcending the tiering system at the same time.
Mainline Marvel and DC are high outer under CSAP’s system and Leviathan of Stories is 1-S. I think this better answers your question.

I mean Vs debating is pretty evil regardless heh!
It'll be interesting to see how DB will handle RPG character's this season, easily one of the most convoluted types of characters to scale in Vs debating due to the sheer amount of weapons, armours, spells, etc they can potentially have not to mention if they have DLC and other external sources like WoG.

I love CSAP's scaling system explanations a bit more than VS Battles Wiki because they're simpler and they accept transdimensional characters as transdimensional.
But what the hell is 1-S? That's a dumbass name, tier 0 sounds a lot better because the S in 1-S came out of nowhere.
Also, what the **** is Extraversal? "Extra" is not a suffix that makes a lot of sense in this context. Boundless sounds better as a way to express a character's level more accurately. Extraversal sounds like multi universal, shitty ass name.
Also, why the hell is 5D in multiversal in CSAP? That's stupid, really stupid.
In VSBW tiering system, all tier 2s are infinite to multiversal while all tier 1s are higher dimensional.

That being said, baseline Tier 1-S from CSAP is way stronger and bigger than baseline Tier 0 from VSBW.
