Gonna be honest, not really seeing how the Book of Bill upgrades Bill in any meaningful way. Him saying that he's not stuck to linear chronology can also just mean he can time travel. Same with claims of him having narrative manipulation because he edited the book to pages of the Great Gatsby despite the Book of Bill being written by Bill himself. If editing your own book gave you narrative manipulation then Stanford also has narrative manipulation because he edited the Journals.
Even the intro where he talks about being immortal because we're flesh and blood while he's an idea just seems to be a reference to that Mxy page where he does the same thing. Except the whole point of that page is Mxy pointing fun at the fact that he's a fictional character and being fictional means that he's immortal since fictional characters, even ones that die in their stories, will always live as long as there's someone to read their story.

People are just ignoring the fact that BoB also redefines that Bill does have weaknesses. Ones that Discord should be able to replicate mind you.
DB's specific arguments werent good, but BillDiscord was and still is close enough technically.
EDIT: Hell, even if BoB makes Bill win, thats only retroactively and you could argue Discord shouldve won at the time.

Yeah I mean it buffs bill but it’s not a stomp for discord. It just makes bills arguments easier. Discords wincons don’t change

It kinda does tbh. A dark age magician trapped Bill with only unicorn hair. He still severely is trapped by not being able to travel to other dimensions easily.
Looking at Youtube vid on whole Book of Bill:
The entire Book of Bill is Bill's secret attempt at trying to find a sucker to make a connection with, since the Therapy he is in last indefinitely until he changes his ways. This is basically Epilogue to Bill, he is trapped there for eternity unless he manages to find a sucker to connect with, kind of like how Frieza was stuck in Hell in DBS. This does mean Bill could return if they did make GF sequel, but its effectively The End until then.

It’s stated that he broke out by getting mad enough tho so it’s not really a viable weakness. Maybe the mixture of unicorn makes it far more resistant to bill hence why he couldn’t break through it in weirdmaggedon. It’s also his mindscape form which is weaker as shown by the fact that in the past him and time baby fought more evenly but he oneshot him in weirdmaggedon. And in weirdmaggedon he says that he has new infinite power, implying that his new form amped him
