Overall pretty good for a season starter. They got the characterization right and I liked the way they utilized their power sets in the fight. Atom's death was brutal, he did not deserve to die like that 😭. 8/10

Next episode seems exciting, I'm betting its 3-D. Though tbh, I was more hoping for a Soulsborne protagonist Battle Royale

Should I call this fight a reverse Flash vs Quicksilver plus reverse Scarlet Witch vs Zatanna plus Ant-Man taste Batman vs Iron Man? Marvel lovers and DC haters would love it so much.

Well while Tiki did say there will not be 1 min+ pre fight setups anymore, I think he may actually see quite some people still want longer fights along with longer setups. Ash vs Lucy needs to be a long fight. And Ash vs Yugi needs to be even longer.

Death Battle has set limited budgets sure.
Which is why I personally see some matchups having a higher chance to realise than some people may think. I am no prophet or insider. Just my own opinion btw.


Oh on the next episode... Anyone expecting that Therewolf Media be composing the music again? Or Brandon Yates? Or that Death Battle fan choir to assist in performing? (Therewolf Media is strong in making pure orchestral music but the fan choir is somehow recruited by Brandon Yates so... Therewolf Media X Brandon Yates ft. Death Battle fan choir?)
 
The next combatants are silent protagonists, wonder what they're going to do about that. Have a narrator stand in maybe? Also, Chosen Undead doesn't have a theme while Dragonborn has two of the most epic themes ever composed. Wonder how they'll handle the music too.
 
Hmm did they really imply Hank is comparable to Eternity in raw AP? Or is it rather that that size alone would transcend majority of DB fighters in AP?

And **** it, comparing all high-top tier characters in Marvel, what would be the order?

They'll probably pull from the Dark Souls soundtrack in general. Some also like to put the Nameless Song as the Chosen Undead's theme.

The latter. And theres to many characters to list lol. But, I could list the X-Men, Avengers, and Inhuman and the characters related that are the high top tiers.

Inb4 a few peeps actually get mad and say Hank only won due to DB giving him the home field advantage (home multiverse lol).

But yeah when they mentioned Overspace, Eternity and "limitless" I already knew Ray was ant food, their shrinking abilities are comparable to each other but growth easily goes to Hank plus the other advantages that was shown in the post battle analysis and blog, that said knowing comics Atom probably did tickle Kismet at one point or is comparable to someone who did (Kismet is DCs equivalent to Eternity btw).
