There isn't any statements on that Super/Hyper Sonic are invulnerable in the fighting animation itself other then being a stronger form for Sonic, so likely no (But with Archie Sonic, that's a whole different story...)

basically your arms and legs would need to wistand the force of the impact and thus you need lifting strength for it

Damn, if nothing else you can use Tony vaporizing Lex at the end and throwing him through that bridge
