But the thing is, where does the Rel with the plus sign come from?

From what I got its from the timeframe

Time: 0.0000000044s

Though its a bit weird. If we're keeping it then Superman and Flash would both have Rel+ speeds since they're faster than Diana's reaction speed.

Since the feat was Aim Dodging shouldn't they just have Relativistic combat speed?

Yeah, it would just be Rel combat speed (I think). Though freezing them in time might warrant upscaling, but that's up to the thread.

Anyways everything but the speed for Superman and Flash can be applied to Rel with the WW calc.

Yeah, that sounds good. The only other thing I could see is making them Rel+ with upscaling.

Relativistic+ (50% SoL) is 2.1739130435× higher than Wonder Woman's feat (23% SoL), I think it's a big gap to upscale Superman and Flash to Relativistic+, "At least Relativistic" should be fine imo

In that case everyone other than Flash and Superman become "Relativistic", Zod and Doomsday gets "Speed of Light" with heat vision, and Superman/Flash get "At least Relativistic".
