TBH I'd love Rel but it's likely MHS+ or High Hypersonic, that's assuming if explosive velocity is viable

Oh absolutely, I mean more on a consistency level since it'll be a Rel feat without any Heat Vision shenanigans. At the very least the bullets seem slowed down as well so that could be something (how fast is seeing bullets as near stationary)

Hopefully we get even more Rel feats in the future without having to necessarily prove anything for them just like how controversial the speed of the HV was
