There's no accepted multiplier for the SS4 transformation as far as i know.

I think GT scaling should be put on hold after we’ve compiled enough scaling feats Imo.

you have characters in the black star saga beating SSJ Goku who is already 50x kid buu and then Goku matching characters who are stronger than that in base after a few months, making baby saga top tiers 3-C through scaling.

If it's because of size then gohan and gotenks should be equally nerfed as well, its probably because of the fusion amp

Goku and Vegeta being a hundred times weaker due to being inside of Buu is wacky and unfounded, because that suggest that Buuhan is as powerful as he is because he has the combined strength of Gotenks and Gohan by a factor of 0.01. Nothing in either the original series or the TV anime substantiates this statement.

Only Cooler's Revenge is acknowledged by the Daizenshuu 7's timeline, and the latter film exists in a chronological vacuum, considering Kami only became the Guardian of Earth after Goku and Gohan emerged from the Room of Spirit and Time, and... ahhaah.
