Even if it isn't a technique, we're scaling that Beerus feat to the fact Whis used the same technique to cross the universe. Wouldn't Whis' speed with warp when going to the planet have been different? I don't recall him saying he could directly be 3/4's of Whis' best scene casual speed feat. Just whatever speed it took Whis to reach that planet.
So why is that being used to scale Beerus to Whis' best speed feat?
If it is a technique. Wouldn't Goku falling while inside this warp not scale? Afterall, consider that neither Whis or Goku seem to be moving while inside the Warp. They're just standing there as it carries them across space
