No and Yes? If you check a gorilla's leg to arm and torso ratios and compare it to a human (any human) they'd be different if you compare a Oozaru leg to arm and torso ratio's to both you'd end with a leg to arm ratio that's different both but something more in the middle
Well it's more similar to a human, so I used those parameters.
