Eh, not really. I myself am not that versed in Star Wars but I can pull 3 feats from my head. He managed to kill Qui Gon who is a Jedi Master like Plo Koon as well as kill off a high ranking Mandalorian, people who specialize in killing jedi. Oh also he and another sith were able to take on Sidious and survive (The other sith didn't but they are sith so Sidious didn't really have a reason to hold back) despite losing

that wasn't much of a fight though, and it was clear sidious was ******* with the two before he folded savage into an omelette in two moves, and then tortured maul

He managed to kill Qui Gon who is a Jedi Master

wasn't that because Maul knew how to specifically counter Qui Gon's fighting style? which also got him killed by kenobi?

as well as kill off a high ranking Mandalorian

Iirc kenobi had more training by the time of that final fight, at least several years worth by the look of it, meanwhile Maul was kinda stagnant. They fought toe to toe several times in the clone wars if we’re including that

no, the fight goes:

Kenobi starts in Qui Gon's fighting style, waits for maul to attempt the same trick he used to kill qui gon, switch to his actual fighting style stab him.

Maul literally knew how to counter Gui Gon's fighting style and that's how he beat him so easily in the phantom menace.

I know. That doesn’t disprove what I said though, as Kenobi has actually gotten more training and wisdom under his belt by the time of that last fight (he even somewhat vaguely hints at it before the fight).

And then there’s still that one mandalorian incident if we are counting clone wars, and this specific mandalorian also fought toe to toe against Obi Wan in that series and got away. The final fight between Kenobi and Maul likely happened years later.
