Darth Vader is Multi Continent while Darth Malgus is only Country level.

Actually, Malgus should be scaled to Satele Shan, who is likely comparable to Darth Vader. This would mean that Malgus should be rated High 6-A. I just forgot to change his tiering, that is all.

As for this fight, Jensaarai1 covered this on video, but Vader has the edge in regards Force Abilities and better dueling abilities, although Malgus' lightning may or may not be a pain.

Darth vader should take this with his wide versatile set of abilities with the force. But he won't win easily since malgus has lightning, which is vader's weakness.

I agree with everything Jensaarai1 said in his video. Vader is more skilled with the Lightsabre, more powerful and more varied with the force and is a better tactician than Malgus. Malgus' Force Lightning doesn't even out all of Vader's advantages.

Vader has my vote.
