The Crucible realms has its own outer space which contains many stars.

Wicked K use his hat to fly across space and stars in seconds.

He also use the same hat to attack, which the Horsemen can dodge it.

Should this upgrade their speed to FTL?

Well, we do see him fly around, but not seeing an on screen demonstration that's too impressive. Though, him disappearing at the last second. Is there a statement saying he travels through space regularly?

Hmm, then I'm not sure that can be assumed FTL unless he legit travels great distances in short time frames.
