Nokturnus seems stronger, has better maneuverability (In the end he is a conceptual being who has some broken teleportation), harder to kill, and is immune to Darkrai's sleep abilities and resistant against his dark type abilities. However Darkrai is pretty versatile, so I might give this Nokturnsu 6/10
