I'd have to go with The Lich. He can't really die in the traditional sense. Billy defeated him several times, yet each time he regenerated. When he was thought to have been gone for good, he came back and killed Billy. Even in a world in which The Lich was wished to have never existed -- he existed, with all the memories and experience of the "Original Lich". Furthermore, The Lich is strongly implied to exist in every timeline, and with prep, he can travel to other timelines. If he does die, he can find another host nearly instantly.

He's also quite haxed. With just a word, he made Finn and Jake almost unable to do anything (for reference, Finn was able to resist Goliad's mind hax, who could mind control an entire city). In a drastically weakened form, The Lich was able to manipulate the perception of the Kign of Ooo and Toronto to view creation before creation, and the sight alone nearly killed them.

This reminds me though, The Liches profile is very, very outdated and weird.
