So it seems Devil May Cry got immeasurable speed cuz of some data about Argosax having 'instantaneous movement' wordsalad. But, the issue is that the translation used in that scan is purposely misleading, as 瞬間移動 doesn't actually mean instant movement; it means teleportation, plain and simple. The only way for it to be translated that way is if you split the word apart, but that's just dumb cuz that's not how Japanese works. Saying otherwise is just being dishonest at this point cuz you don't get to dissociate these kanji as two different words when they form a single one

if he still have any doubt, here's another scan regarding Argosax where it straight up says テレポート (Teleport)

And that’s it. Quick and short CRT; I don’t care if there’s any other justifications or whatever. If there are, use them—simple as that. If there aren’t, then immeasurable speed should get nuked

Agree: @BestMGQScalerEver ,@ProfectusInfinity ,@GarrixianXD , @Deagonx (leaning to Agree), @Maverick_Zero_X, @LephyrTheRevanchist (Agrees with removing immeasurable based on the fact it wasn't accepted beforehand), @MasqueTLDF, @Hasty12345, @Agnaa (Disagrees with infinite and immeasurable),

Neutral:

Disagree: @Palito266, @Robo432343, @SuperSonicTL,

You might want to put this scan on the OP if you haven't already so that the staff most likely won't have to go to the profile and try and find the scan.

Anyways, I agree.

Something else I'm realizing is that even if you took this completely literally, it's only be Infinite speed. Immeasurable requires some temporal bypass through motion, rather than just being instant to and fro
The statement is made in conjunction of his transcendence over time and space, implying his movement can cover each "instantaneously"

Whether that is enough on its on, I'm personally neutral, leading to disagree.

I know about this long ago.

But here is a thing to note, which is that, in another scan, he is characterized by swift movements. Not just random teleportation you see there. Soo there's a clear contradiction here.

In any case, I don't have time for this thread, I let others to deal with it.

I mean someone who spams teleport can also accurately be said to have "swift movements". The problem is taking movements too literally as speed when you can accurately describe teleportation as being a form of "movement" (one place to another).

The term 瞬间移动 typically means teleportation under every context in Traditional and Simplified Mandarin. If it's referring to actual movement, then it should be written as 瞬时移动 instead of 瞬间移动. The only difference with one character, and that is replacing 间 with 时. However, I'm unsure if it is the same with Japanese but I made an educated guess it was because the Japanese kanji script was completely based on that of Chinese Mandarin. @Ningenron can correct me if I'm wrong.

I had pointed this out prior to this thread but someone replied with "this is textbook Immeasurable speed" however I still hold the same opinion as long as there isn't any other good arguments from the supporters. I agree with the thread and here's a replacement to the speed rating:
They'd still have infinite speed (at least for later in the series stuff) for the Dante dodging Mundus's state of existence (which is accepted in the profile from a past CRT)

I'm saying I don't think this quote justifies Immeasurable speed in the first place, regardless if the translation is legit.

That really depends how you take teleportation or movements as.

Teleportation can be just a synonym of really fast movements which makes sense given immeasurable speed is just that HOWEVER this scan here justify it as swift movements so due to this we have to lean towards it being talking in regards to speed all things considered.

Applied erroneously, one would think. That, or that isn't the thread where it got applied.
It was applied in October of 2023, citing this thread which doesn't directly address speed, but in some of the replies they talk about the Argosax feat being brought up in the general thread, which seems to refer to the one you pointed out, so it does seem like it was applied without actually being accepted.

Thank you for checking.

Anyway I'm just here to say everyone that calm down... We are discussing this around (there are alot more things going around here then just this). Lets wait for the individuals reply who worked around these justifications.

We also can't forget there is another CRT going in right now. We'll discuss this one in detail later after that concludes. I hope everybody understands. Peace.
