So considering that Dante has resistance to a couple of Thanos' hax, he has the edge here in that regard. Not to mention that this is serious Dante, so the likelihood of trying to oneshot, or use his time manipulating abilities is much higher than it would be in his earlier incarnates. I'd say out of the many different outcomes, Dante likely has a much higher success rate, especially since Thanos is a glass cannon here.

Does anyone know what Thanos starts off in character?

Speed equalization will not help Thanos here since Dante have 2 Time Slow (The Quicksilver and the Chrono Heart) and Quick Heart that makes him 10 times faster, as stated in his profile


Edit: Thanos in character it's arrogant, doesn't ? I don't know about Ultimate Marvel Thanos, that's why I'm not voting yet

Thanos have some hax that Dante can't resist, but Dante it's 10 Times faster than Thanos here thanks to Quick Heart, not counting Quicksilver and Chrono Heart, and both can slow down time
