What would Dante even be in the middle of DMC 1? Like, City level or so...?

It depends on if you think Dante grew in power between DMC1 and the Anime his wiki page says 1 and Anime are even in power so he would be Continental.

Alucard would have to willingly abide to the seal. He turns omniprescent and can tank every and all attacks until he practically feels like it.

hmmm Dante has many ways to beat the other 2 but alucard is the real question if Dante has ways to kill alucard or can alucard kill Dante really....

All Alucard can really do is stall Dante long enough until he tires out. The issue with that is that it seems almost limitless. Alucard has the means, but doesn't have a way to put Dante down for good. His bullets seem to harm any supernatural being he has fought so far, but nothing on Demons that I recall. I'd probably say stalemate or Alucard somehow giving some concent to him dying.
