Dante (DMC) Pandora abilities additions

I only lean towards Creation from Subjective Reality due to PF:666 Omen, where Dante opens Pandora and it states Dante damages his enemies with a flash of 'Violated taboo', I'm not sure shapeshiting covers that. (Possibly Full Conversion?)
I didn't add it to the CRT as I couldn't figure what power/ability it would fall under but felt that since we are struggling to agree on what Pandora does, I might aswell add it into stir the pot further
Jokes aside could that fall under Empathic Manipulation because they are getting hurt by, I guess the concept of what is taboo to them.
