They scan scale from the Monitor Sphere which would be 1-A or 1-A+ depending on the view.

Seems more like they rely on it since it's more or less Life itself. I wouldn't say it's superior in any sense of the word unless we want to get semantical.

It was implied to be the Source, but, afterward seems more akin to the Speedforce as an omnipresent energy that touches all space, time, and matter. From what I've read it was definitely the Source then its treated differently and its almost used interchangeable with the Speedforce despite saying it emanated all forces.

Let's wait a bit and see if the Deep Change is the Source or interchangeable with the Speed Force, although I think the latter is more likely. Or at least, one of the many beings occupying the Greater Omniverse and serving the Source.

If it's the Speedforce then all rankings get boosted up in the Greater Omniverse. That also confirms that the Speedforce transcends time and space completely same as the Gallery. However, they're could be an argument that the Speedforce in the Speedforce wall is also beyond time and space making the edge of the primary reality 1-A.

I'd like to point out that the “Deep Change” is more likely an aspect of the Source working directly through a medium. Both are High 1-A, but the Source scales up from the Deep Change.
