In Smash 4, Lugia's trophy says that Lugia can create 40 day long storms, which was calced at 6-B, would this possibly scale to the fighters in Smash because they can take hits from Aeroblast?

Although, I will mention that the trophy says that it's a legend (which is why I'm not straight up throwing this into a CRT)

Also, if we go this way, we could as well scale them to the Creation Trio, who possesses Tier 2 feats in their trophy description. I'm not so sure about this.

In SSB4 they also take hits from Giratina, but this is a crossover and that should not scale.

Well the thing is that they have Low 2-C statements in said crossover. But again, I'm not so sure scaling Pokéballs to the fighters.

They take hits from all 3 members, if counting the Spear Pillar stage. Granted, I am vehemently against scaling them to Low 2-C, as Dialga's feats>Master Hand and Tabuu, which would be a major outlier.

I wouldn't be opposed to using Lugia though. Or at least, I'm neutral.

I mean, if they fight both MH and Tabuu, survive hits from the 3 members of the creation trio + Arceus AND survive the destruction of the Subpsace, it's a bit hard to call it an outlier. But meh. M e h.

We can't assume that all Lugia attacks even casual are country level.

I'm not sure why. It attacks with the clear intent of causing damage, when it's 6-B feat isn't even done with any intent of attacking.

Isn't Aeroblast a specific technique? Why would it be millions of times weaker than normal ? I'm not saying I agree with the upgrade but it's a specific attack, not just attack.

Yeah, the description says "the flapping of Lugia's wings can create storms that last up to 40 days"

Also, Lugia attacks using Aeroblast, which is Lugia's signature attack

In Melee and Brawl the attack quickly blows away the opponent but in 4 it does not.
