Cosmic Garou + Saitama mftl+ change?

Agreed. Using a non-stated timeframe isn't inherently a problem. It just depends on what the value is and why.

Assumed timeframes are fine when they have a basis
it literally could have taken a minute for the feat to happen, we don’t actually have a reasonable assumption
other timeframes use educated guesses based on context clues, meanwhile a guess like 1 second is completely unsupported and is something other valid calcs have never done

I do have a better idea though
we try and get a timeframe for how long it takes the light rays to disappear in the garou v sperm fight, then try to figure out how long the light stays in the Saitama vs garou fight, then get an estimate on how long the feat took

Just assume the timeframe and call it a day, a much weaker Garou form could clash thousands of times against Platinum Sperm in miliseconds, this feat is obviously superior to it and the characters participating in it are narratively implied to be much faster.

yknow what I give up we should just use the 13 milliseconds, idc anymore, and it might end up getting a guide statement to support it in the future, but honestly it having been done in 13 milliseconds would make more sense from ONE's perspective with the light beams motif having come back
but the 1 millisecond end is invalid now, of course, just the 13 would be used in my opinion

It's not about Portal. It was the speed at which Saitama and Garou jumped out of IO, not when returning to Earth.
They jumped and then entered a portal. The distance between the portal and the place they jump will likely yield much lower results.

And even if it's lower, it doesn't matter. It can calculate the distance anyway. What matters is whether they jump out during the time when Jupiter's distribution actually looks frozen or not.

Can we not use the "frozen" argument
The OP conceded into using the 1.3 milliseconds timeframe
An entirely new calc is irrelevant to the thread

Well it could be done. Mostly weak feats aren't calculated but yeah it can be done.
